This page explains the cookies and on-device storage PlantParentPlaylist uses. We keep it minimal — no advertising trackers.
1. Analytics cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used (which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are). These set cookies such as _ga. You can opt out via the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or your browser settings.
2. On-device storage (localStorage)
Some features store small amounts of data in your browser only — it never leaves your device:

3. Sign-in tokens
If you create a community account, your sign-in session is stored by Supabase (in browser storage) so you stay logged in. These are essential for the account to work.
4. Managing cookies
You can clear or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Blocking analytics won't affect browsing; clearing sign-in storage will log you out.
